About the event

Emerging farmers are encouraged to join in for lunch, a farm tour, and training on how to prepare now for a farm loan, find good farmland, and meet local United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) staff. Farmer Connectors and Land Access Navigators will be there to provide one-on-one assistance. Participants will share ideas about creative land access solutions in Minnesota. Sharing Our Roots Farm will lead a tour and talk about their model of shared land access.  The event can accommodate about 50 participants. Bring family and friends with farm dreams. Swahili translation will be provided.

Event will be mostly outside, please dress accordingly.  Go Farm Connect events are occasionally photographed for future promotions and speakers are recorded so that information can be shared with those not able to attend. Please let one of the organizers know if you don't want to be photographed.
