Come visit an organic vegetable farm in Cambridge, MN to learn more about how a farmer purchased and developed a small parcel of raw land.
The farmer will talk about resources they used from MN Department of Agriculture, USDA Farm Service Agency, NRCS EQIP program, and Midwest Farmers of Color Collective to develop their farm and give a tour of their facility and fields. Actual costs and details of infrastructure built will be provided.
Come be in community with other farmers and aspiring farmers! Refreshments and light snacks will be provided. Further information will be shared with registrants.
